QC Distribution Direct — Order Terms, Shipping Policy & Return Policy

By submitting payment for any Invoice or accepting a Quote, the buyer (“Customer”) agrees to the following order terms, shipping procedures, and return policies established by QC Distribution Direct (“QCDD”) for all bulk THCA flower purchased (the “Product”).

Legal Compliance
QCDD makes no legal guarantees regarding how Products may be used, sold, or distributed once received.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to handling, possession, resale, and distribution of THCA hemp flower.

Payment & Processing

QC Distribution Direct requires up to one (1) business day to verify payment. Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared for shipment within two (2) business days.
No order will be released for shipping until payment has been received in full, unless an authorized QCDD representative states otherwise in writing.

Cut-Off Times
Payments confirmed after 2:00 PM PT will roll to the next business day for processing and shipment scheduling.
Please note that USPS and UPS do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays.

Shipping Methods
Our default carriers and methods are:

  • USPS Priority Mail for shipments under 2 lbs

  • UPS Ground for orders above 2 lbs

  • Adult Signature Required on all deliveries

Expedited shipping, freight options, or insurance upgrades can be arranged upon request.

Shipping Liability
Once a shipment leaves QC Distribution Direct’s facility, QCDD is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.
Customers may request that their order be insured for its full value. In insured cases, QCDD—acting as shipper of record—will file all carrier claims and issue approved claim payouts directly to the Customer.

Overnight Shipping Requirement
Certain high-value or sensitive orders must be overnight shipped, fully insured, and sent with Adult Signature Required.

Delays
If a shipment delay exceeds the standard processing window, QCDD will promptly notify the Customer with an update.

SPECIALTY BULK ORDERS (High-Grade, Limited, or Pre-Sold Product)

Certain premium or specialty flower batches follow additional policies:

Processing Time
QCDD requires up to one (1) business day to verify payment and up to three (3) business days to prepare specialty orders.

Exchange Policy Only
Due to the sensitive and limited nature of specialty batches, QCDD offers exchanges only and not refunds, and only for significant defects.
Customers must notify QCDD of any product issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo/video documentation is required for review.

Shipping Requirements

  • Specialty orders ship via USPS/UPS Express only

  • Customer-provided labels are not accepted

  • Pre-harvest COAs ship with the order; post-harvest COAs are emailed separately

  • QC Distribution Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

Compliance Notice
Because specialty flower can degrade or change over time, QCDD cannot guarantee continued compliance after delivery.

RETURN POLICY (Standard Bulk THCA Flower Orders)

Customers have seven (7) business days from the date of delivery (“Inspection Period”) to review and inspect their Product for defects or non-conformities.

Defect Notification Requirements
Any concerns must be submitted in writing to QC Distribution Direct within the Inspection Period. If no written notice is received within this timeframe, the Product is considered accepted.

To qualify for a return review, the Customer must provide:

  • Photos or video of the shipping box as received

  • Photos or video of the Product in its original, unopened packaging

  • Clear documentation of the specific defect or nonconformity

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product.
QC Distribution Direct is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, seized, or damaged while in transit.

Once the returned Product is received and inspected, QCDD will notify the Customer of approval or rejection.
If approved, QC Distribution Direct will replace the Product or issue store credit equal to the original payment amount (including outbound shipping).

QC Distribution Direct reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above requirements.
