Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY (Standard Bulk THCA Flower Orders)
Customers have seven (7) business days from the date of delivery (“Inspection Period”) to review and inspect their Product for defects or non-conformities.
Defect Notification Requirements
Any concerns must be submitted in writing to QC Distribution Direct within the Inspection Period. If no written notice is received within this timeframe, the Product is considered accepted.
To qualify for a return review, the Customer must provide:

Photos or video of the shipping box as received

Photos or video of the Product in its original, unopened packaging

Clear documentation of the specific defect or nonconformity
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product.
QC Distribution Direct is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, seized, or damaged while in transit.
Once the returned Product is received and inspected, QCDD will notify the Customer of approval or rejection.
If approved, QC Distribution Direct will replace the Product or issue store credit equal to the original payment amount (including outbound shipping).
QC Distribution Direct reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above requirements.
